--QB Colt McCoy, just a junior, is the all-time winningest starter among Texas quarterbacks with a 31-7 mark. He passed Vince Young (30-2) with the Nov. 27 win against Texas A&M. McCoy set the Longhorns single-season record with 3,445 passing yards.

--RB Chris Ogbonnaya is as much of a threat as a receiver as a rusher. He tied the school single-season record for running backs with 42 receptions.

--WR Jordan Shipley figures to become a 1,000-yard receiver after pushing his season total to 982 yards on 79 grabs. He combines with WR Quan Cosby (78 receptions, 952 yards) to form the top receiving duo in Texas history.

--DE Brian Orakpo registered his 10th sack of the season against Texas A&M and has 20.5 for his career. He also forced a fumble against the Aggies, his fourth of the season.

ROSTER REPORT:

--QB Colt McCoy intends to return for a fourth season as the Texas starter, but he will involve himself in the survey process for the NFL Draft to get a read on where he might be selected. "I think that would be foolish not to look at it," McCoy said.

--Coach Mack Brown secured his 200th career victory with the win against Texas A&M.

--Texas fans did their best to sway pollsters, with help from the student newspaper, which distributed 25,000 editions the day before the Texas A&M game, all with a full-page insert bearing the score (45-35) of the Longhorns' win against Oklahoma.
