PLAYERS TO WATCH: TB Ian Johnson -- Johnson rushed for 128 yards against Fresno State, his first 100-yard game of the season, and scored two touchdowns to tie the WAC record with 57 career rushing touchdowns. QB Kellen Moore -- The freshman is 11th in the nation in pass efficiency at 161.53. He has completed 70% of his passes with 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions. CB Kyle Wilson -- He leads the WAC with 10 pass breakups, a 14.7-yard average on punt returns and three punt return touchdowns and he's tied for the WAC lead with five interceptions. He scored all of his punt return TDs in November. ROSTER REPORT: --Senior DE Mike T. Williams likely will miss the bowl game with a knee injury. --Sophomore OG Kevin Sapien has a high ankle sprain. He was replaced against Fresno State by Cory Yriarte, who has starting experience. --Senior TE Chris O'Neill, who has a broken foot, plans to return for the bowl game. ?? |
