Novak Djokovic earned his Grand Slam stripes last January in dispatching Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in a memorable all-adidas Australian Open final.

Ana Ivanovic’s surge to the Oz Open women’s final provided adidas with three of the four Australian Open singles finalists, who also happen to be three of the most photogenic players in the game.

Ivanovic’s game and glamor gives her cross-over appeal and shortly after the Serbian siren captured her first career major at the Roland Garros she inspired a cross-dressing spree.

Before the start of the French fortnight Ivanovic’s coaching team — coach Sven Groeneveld, conditioning coach Scott Byrnes and hitting partner Marcin Rozpedski — promised they would “do something outrageous” if she won the tournament. The trio vowed to run around the Arc de Triomphe clad in Ana’s adidas dresses.

The second-seeded Ivanovic scored a straight sets win over Dinara Safina to capture the French Open title and celebrated with her family and team at a dinner. In the early hours of Sunday morning, Ivanovic’s team as well as her younger brother Milos, eached donned one of her dresses and made the memorable trip.

You don’t have to raid Ana’s closet — or Djokovic’s or Tsonga’s for that matter  — to gain a glimpse of what they’ll be wearing at the Australian Open next month.

Unveiling our own version of the stripe-tease here’s a sneak peak of the adidas apparel many of the sport’s top stars will don Down Under.

Ivanovic debuted the violat adidas adilibria dress during last month’s Sony Ericsson Championships in Doha. She will wear the same dress in Australia and plans to debut a cyan-colored version of the dress at Roland Garros.

The Climacool V-neck tank dress with a drop waist and pleats on the should and bottom of the skirt are designed to create “an ease of movement in the garment” with the adidas brandmark appearing over the right chest. The dress, which retails for $70, is part of adidas Spring/Summer 2009 collection. It will be available at retail stores in January of 2009. For more information, please visit www.shopadidas.com.

Ivanovic’s boyfriend, Spanish Davis Cup hero Fernando Verdasco, will also wear a new white-patterened adidas shirt. Tsonga will choose between an all-black ensemble and a yellow and black outfit.

Caroline Wozniacki continued to make title statements and strides toward the top 10 during the second half of the 2007 season and will be a threat in Australia next month. Wozniacki, who became the first Danish player ever to capture a WTA Tour singles title when she beat Vera Dushevina to win Stockholm in July, went on to  beat Anna Chakvetadze to claim the New Haven title in August before stopping Kaia Kanepi to take the Tokyo title in October. She sports two new looks from adidas in the photos below.
